What they do
Every point you allocate into a Virtue (except via items/pacts) gives +10 Health. soulframe.wiki.gg+2Sportskeeda+2
Your equipped weapons have “virtue attunements” (or requirements) — meaning weapon damage will scale with a specific Virtue, and some weapons require a certain minimum of a Virtue.
They affect your Arcanic (Pact) abilities (the active abilities you unlock via Pacts). In general:
Courage → increases ability damage.
Spirit → increases ability duration.
Grace → increases ability range (and/or area of effect) in many cases.
The three Virtues in brief
Courage (“From Mora came strength, bravery, resolve.”)— Best for builds that focus on direct damage and more front-line combat.
Spirit (“By Iridis we knew empathy, imagination, arcanics.”)— Suited for builds that lean into spell-like/arcanic abilities, duration effects.
Grace (“Saphene bestowed cunning, agility, insight.”)— Ideal for higher mobility, range, stealth or support-style builds that benefit from reach/area.
Things to keep in mind
Points in Virtues are redistributable at no cost (as of current version) — allowing you to switch your build if you change weapons or style.
Your chosen Pact also gives you base Virtue bonuses (or has alignment) and may provide Virtue-points via its upgrade tree (Arts) like “Mora’s Pride” (Courage), “Iridis’ Favour” (Spirit), “Saphene’s Gift” (Grace).
Because weapons and abilities scale with different Virtues (and some have minimum requirements), you’ll want to match your Virtue allocation to your weapon/ability focus. For example, a weapon attuned to Spirit will benefit most when you invest in Spirit.
The system is still in development and may change — so these values are based on current available info (Preludes version).
